Stephen LeBron is a USMC veteran turned fitness professional. He is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Steel Mace Flow Honors Coach, Lvl 1 Animal Flow coach, and Focus Personal Training Institute Alumni.

He has always been drawn toward the less mainstream forms of fitness, spending his childhood focusing on extreme sports and the Korean martial art of taekwondo. As a Marine, he became well versed in traditional weight training and the various disciplines of the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program; Jiu-jitsu, kick boxing, muay thai, krav maga, grappling, weapons of opportunity, knife and bayonet fighting, to name a few.

At Birch and Brawn, Stephen focuses primarily on teaching alternative methods of fitness which include, steel mace, steel clubs, kettlebells, ropes and rings. His teaching emphasizes education and the facilitation of the neuromuscular system in order for clients to build a strong foundation and learn the fluidity of true movement while getting “strong and powerful”.

He uses myofascial bodywork, cold therapy, and breathwork to zone in on chronic pain and injury patterns. Stephen also uses a specialized nutrition background to achieve metabolic health and flexibility for his clients.; something that works for anyone regardless of goal, while achieving a sustainable and delicious way to live, without being afraid of food.

Stephen is an avid outdoor rock climber, steel mace flow artist, student of movement and practitioner of the Wim Hof Method.
